FAQ and Policies
By Scheduling an appointment with JBW Jeffrey Ching Hair Salon you agree to the following terms.
Payment
- You will receive a link to confirm your appointment with your card details.
- The booking will not be confirmed until credit card information is secured.
- We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings.
Late Policy
- If we, JBW Jeffrey Ching Hair Salon have not received a response to our ETA phone call from the client notifying us of possible lateness, or cancellation before or past the grace period; It will be considered a no-show. There will be a nonrefundable full charge for the service booked.
Cancellation/ No Show Policy
- Cancellation and rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations. If canceled or rescheduled after this time frame, a 100% charge for the client’s service will be posted. The fee is not redeemable for services or products and is non-refundable.
- The only time this fee does not apply is when you reschedule within the same day (i.e. you’re not able to make the 11 am appointment but would be able to make a 5 pm slot instead). We will not charge a late cancellation fee in this instance.
- Failure to show up to an appointment is considered a No-Show. A FULL-Service charge will be credited to the card on file.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once the service is completed. If the client is unhappy with service a complementary adjustment within seven days of initial service can be provided.
